AKW LAW, P.C. was founded as a Seattle-based Employment Law firm nearly a decade ago by attorney Ada K. Wong. As an Asian American female who started working when she was in middle school and raised by immigrant parents, she saw first-hand how employees are treated (both good and bad). At a young age, she had an unwavering commitment to being a lawyer so she can be a voice for those who may not have one.
Ada launched the firm with a Client First mindset. We understand the complexities that arise in litigation and we are not afraid to go to trial. We have a strong team that is dedicated to achieving the best outcome for our clients, whether that is through early resolution or trial. We do not back down and will not sell our clients’ case value short. We have won against large companies, such as FedEx, where the jury awarded our client in a disability and retaliation case $6.8 Million.
