My employer is not paying for my lunch or rest breaks, what can I do?
If your employer in Washington State is not providing or paying for your lunch or rest breaks as required by law, you have several options to address the issue. Generally, if you are required to work or be available to work during your lunch breaks, your company is to pay you for this time.
